How We Got Here
KpopSwag started because someone wanted to make a custom photocard for a concert, and every print shop said "sorry, 100-piece minimum."
That didn't make sense. Why should making one meaningful thing be harder than ordering a thousand generic ones? Why did fan-made merch have to look homemade when the tools to do it professionally already existed?
Turns out, people wanted to make all kinds of stuff. Concert photo cards. Favorite moment keepsakes. Gifts for friends. Trading extras at shows. Group orders for their whole crew.
We didn't have some master plan. We just built something people needed, listened when they told us what would make it better, and kept improving.
