Thank you for sharing your product ideas with KPop Swag! Before submitting, please read and understand these terms:

1. Non-Confidential Submission

You acknowledge that your submission is not confidential. Do not submit any information you consider proprietary, confidential, or trade secret. We receive many ideas and may already be developing similar products independently.

2. Grant of Rights

By submitting your idea, you grant KPop Swag a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and improve your idea
• Create products based on or inspired by your idea
• Manufacture, market, sell, and distribute such products
• Sublicense these rights to others

3. No Compensation Owed

You understand that no compensation is owed for your submission or any use we make of it. While we may choose to offer a discretionary gift if we develop your idea into a regularly stocked product, this is entirely voluntary and does not create any obligation or entitlement.

4. No Obligation to Use

We have no obligation to:

• Review, respond to, or acknowledge your submission
• Develop, manufacture, or sell products based on your idea
• Provide credit, attribution, or acknowledgment
• Keep your submission confidential

5. Your Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit this idea
• Your submission does not infringe any third-party rights (patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, etc.)
• You have the authority to grant the rights described above
• Your submission complies with all applicable laws

6. Independent Development

You acknowledge that:

• We may already be developing similar ideas independently
• We may receive similar ideas from other sources
• Future products may be similar to your idea without any connection to your submission
• You waive any claims that our products were derived from your submission unless we explicitly notify you otherwise

7. Waiver of Claims

By submitting, you waive and release any and all claims against KPop Swag related to:

• Use or non-use of your idea
• Similarity between your idea and our products
• Intellectual property ownership or infringement
• Compensation or royalties

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes apply to submissions made after the modification date.
